Price-Performance Balance was satisfying.

Facility&room were exactly like photos uploaded by hotel. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff was nice, smiling and friendly. Breakfast was alright. Location was in walking distance to city's main attraction points. Considering the price and performance it was good.

Our room in fifth floor was a bit noisy because of the dining room nearby, during breakfast hours and in evenings. The hill from Kura riverside up to the hotel was a bit difficult to climb for walking guests like us.

The location. the room.

the constant smell in the washroom, bearable but constant. and the fact that there was no drinking water in the room. and not provided even upon request. then I ordered food and asked them to send water with the food. Value for the money? Yes. absolutely.

Good value for money, nice breakfast, good staff. Not an ideal location.

Good Breakfast, Nice staff, Very good views from the Breakfast area terrace. Comfortable room, good for the price.

The Location is not suitable if you plan to use public transportation or walk with a baby, stroller or luggage. The Hotel is located on a steep hill, then stairs and then u reach. We arrived my bus and we had a really hard time hiking up with a baby, stroller and luggage.

Nice cosy hotel close to the downtown

Quite nice breakfasts: several kinds of local cheese, smoked meat, honey, chocolate spread, olives, tomatoes, Russian salad, orange and cherry juices, yogurt and many more. I only expected fantastic fresh Georgian bakery and the one served everyday tasted like it was from yesterday (quite dry). Good location, 15-20 min walk from main attractions, on a hill with a panoramic view of the city from the restaurant on the upper floor. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. One welcoming tea bag for two guests, two coffee bags, three sugar packets (corresponding to three tea spoons), and two half-liter bottles of water. Electronically controlled room temperature. Free parking places usually available on both street adjacent to the building. Rather quiet place in spite of being very close to the downtown.

Cups in the room were dirty, shower cubicle half-open, so taking a shower without wetting the entire bathroom floor borders on the miraculous.

It's a good hotel with small distracting things.

Me and my girlfriend liked the cleanliness of hotel room, a breakfast and a city view from the breakfast floor. Great reception's staff :)

Door to the toilet didn't close easily without applying a force. Also we were living near the staff rooms where a bunch of laundry machines were working during the night.

Nice hotel in an old part

You have such a wonderful view on night Tbilisi that you can chill and meditate by the window. New building. cosy part of the City: neither crowded nor far from main venues.

If you have car, you may suffer from lack of parking places and rather narrow lanes to reach the hotel. Some room facilities might need an upgrade already

Close to city centre, big breakfast, nice view

Very nice view to city centre from balcony, but not every room has this view. Our second room was in the "basement". Everything was clean, breakfast was big (fruit, vegetable, bread, sweets, sausages, ham, cheese, butter...). Very close to old city centre. We were satisfied.

One of our room was in basement. If raining, there is a stink from bathroom.

The staff was very hospitable and pleasant, the view from the terrace was wonderful, they had a delicious and varied breakfast and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The receptionist named Alina helped us a lot during various problems. THANK YOU!

Just what we needed

Spent a night at this hotel before taking off to Batumi. Huge bed, good breakfast, nice view from the breakfast zone. Enormous balcony. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the staff's room, so we could spent the time light before our train.

It's not so easy to find a parking spot on the street, and most of them are one-way in the area. Spent some time driving in circles.

Great place to get a walk in city, not loud old city center. It's clean and cozy. Nice stuff. We didn't find any not expensive good cafe nearby, so included breakfast was great)) It's clean and cozy. Terrace on the fifth floor is amazing! We had city scenery during breakfast and we could use it during day.

Breakfast was pretty poor, I mean it was not a big choice - just some cheese, sausages and boiled eggs. But it's great that it was, it was very useful. We got great view, but window was dirty. And room didn't have any lamps, no cozy light)
